more reassuring when offshore than an inflateable-balloon type, and I forgot that I was wearing it. Has a bottom buckle so if you should be overheating you could lower the zipper. I gave it four stars because: Only one pocket has a leash loop inside it, and I can’t imagine taking something out of a pocket in rough water without it being leashed. My standard size iphone 7 in a vinyl case just fits inside one of the pockets, and I currently have my safety whistle tied through holes in the mesh fabric in the other pocket. A lashing patch or two on the outside would be a good idea for knife/strobe/etc.

Great product and customer service. The ordering process was smooth, and delivery to the US was very fast. I received the product within just several days. The vest is very low profile and provides a great range of motion. It can be adjusted using the straps to fit a great range of body sizes. It is easy to put on and zip up. It has pockets for small items, and a pouch on the back for a water bladder. The colors are bright and provide great visibility. Overall, it is a great product.

I purchased this life jacket to use with a surf ski. It offers excellent flotation in all conditions including significant swell. It is very light weight, comfortable and functional. Its ergonomical cut outs ensure a comfy fit that allows you to move freely while paddling and remounting the ski. It holds great visibility in poor light and has lots of hooks to mount lights on the front and back. I would highly recommend this life vest.
